Among the middle and lower class, the winners would be whoever spends it and everything else they have the quickest. Then you would see the largest wealth transfer in history to the wealthiest asset owners. Within a year or two nearly everyone is more poor than they have ever been.

@shawngorham Agents are almost always an unneeded barrier between you and the deal. Why pay them at all? A model with fixed fee agents of $5k base and 1% beyond $500k would make sense in the modern era. Yes there would be 95% less agents and that’s not going to hurt the market.
