There is a madness going on in our food industry and it makes me really scared.

I buy only carton sachet tomatoes. The one I just got just, I just opened it and the colour was so black. I didn't even notice till my sister kept telling me that it's not supposed to be this dark. I told her to get another one down the street, same brand o and it is the lighter one in the picture

I checked the sachet, there is no difference in variation, not like one was the pepper mix. They are both tomatoes, same packaging but different contents. And no, none of them are expired too.

what is going on? Why does tomato paste have two different shades?
