We're seeking a part-time sales representative to help grow our presence with restaurants, wine shops, and other accounts in the greater Phoenix metro area.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity. It works best for someone who already has established relationships in the local hospitality and retail scene and is looking to dive into wine sales.

What we’re looking for:
- Sales experience.
- Experience in hospitality or beverages.
- Self-motivated and reliable.

@voltronsworld I prefer using acid blend for meads, when acid is needed. I've never had a Muscadine based pyment or melomel. It sounds interesting.

@akiki0227 The brand was unfamiliar to me so I had to investigate. This is apparently a Heaven Hill brand that is sold exclusively in Japan. I wish I could try it. These export-only brands are always intriguing.

@voltronsworld When outside at wineries here in southern Arizona, I'm in the habit of tossing excess wine out on the ground. When I did that at a winery in Paso Robles, I was chastised. They said it would kill the grass. That's not a concern here in Arizona as we have little grass.

@eijitakemura Whole cluster fermentations are gaining popularity, and with good reason. They can bring additional depth and complexity to many wines.

@voltronsworld I don't think that would be very good. Muscadine wines are normally finished sweet as they would be almost undrinkable dry. They have an extreme foxy flavor that would be hard to take without sugar.

@voltronsworld As vineyards were replanted, different choices were made in varietal selection. Carmenere and Malbec took a back seat to Cabernet Sauvignon while Merlot, while Castet, Pardotte, and Mancin largely disappeared.
