Grayscale 把传统金融的估值模型套在 AAVE 上，给出 175 美元目标价。这不再是一份简单的研报，而是机构资金正在用旧世界的尺子丈量新世界的资产。

AAVE 能产生真实收入，协议年化收益数亿美元，这恰好是传统分析师最熟悉的现金流折现逻辑。Grayscale 和 CoinShares 同时开始这么做，说明 DeFi 正在被纳入机构的标准分析框架——不再是“赌场代币”，而是“生息资产”。

但硬币的另一面是：传统模型可能会低估 DeFi 的波动性和治理风险。AAVE 的收益高度依赖市场情绪和借贷需求，一旦链上流动性收缩，DCF 模型中的永续增长假设就会失效。

更值得警惕的是，这种估值方法本身也在改变市场行为。当机构用市盈率、自由现金流来定价 DeFi 协议，项目方可能会刻意优化短期财务数据来迎合评级，而非专注长期协议���全。

DeFi 的机构化正在加速，但路径依赖的风险同样真实。
