How do you increase college admissions when you have a declining birth rate!

You lower entry standards!

Why?

Because the greatest predictor of college attendance is whether or not your parents attended college!

The colleges know whites/asians are going to go to college.

So they admit more minorities-- whose families do not have a history with higher education!

This is the universities short and longer term plan for growth!

*Diversity is the marketing pan for their economic goals!
