The mother of my daughter was in a serious car crash. She is in hospital.

Since I came to FDC, I have not been afforded a single phone call in 60 days. Not one.

This is against the law.

In Romania, I had phone calls. Here, I have zero.

I asked the staff urgently for my first phone call in 60 days, to speak to the mother of my child who’s in hospital after a car crash.

They declined my call.

Walked away.

Nobody has been outside of my cell for 12 hours since, I have nobody to protest to.

My situation is deteriorating.

Despite spending 61 days in the SHU, the punitive unit for inmates who attack other prisoners and guards, I have once again had my conditions downgraded.

Since the time I have come into this jail I have been forced to endure punitive housing.

During my time here, I have watched men come and go, men who have stabbed other inmates.

These men are only forced to stay in these cells for 7 days until rereleased to general population.

I have been here for 61 days and counting.

Today, I was informed that I was finally changing cells.

However, I was moved to another cell inside the same SHU unit in far worse condition than my past one.

I no longer have hot water of any kind.
I no longer have air conditioning of any kind.
I have a serious roach infestation, with 10/15 visible roaches on the ceiling and walls at any one time no matter how many I kill.

I have stone-cold water and filth. That’s it. NOTHING else.

My last cell was already the minimum which could be attributed to me inside of this prison, they’ve found a WORSE cell and forced me to move.

There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening.

I understand FDC Miami has received thousands of complaints due to the conditions they house inmates in.

I understand that after large-scale protests, ICE detainees are no longer held in the SHU unit because of the damage done to their physical and mental health. So illegals are too good for these rooms, but I’m in one.

I, an American citizen, here legally, with zero criminal record globally and no accusations of crime in the United States, am held in the SHU unit.

This is a cruel and unusual punishment. This violates civil rights.

This is being done to me on purpose.

I have done nothing but show respect to every single guard. I have been kind to everyone. I have sat in the SHU for 61 days, longer than anyone currently in custody, sitting in the dark and filth focused on my breathing. I have endured.

Yet they do not respect me for this, in fact the senior staff sees me as a fool for being patient and respectful. As prisoners who flood cells and attack guards get moved to better conditions and I am ignored.

I have repeatedly requested the attention of senior staff regarding my conditions who are now refusing to talk to me. Last time their attention was requested he apparently replied “fuck that guy”

Why? I've only been nice to him. I called him sir. I smile and nod my head. I've done nothing to this man which could be considered negative by the furthest stretch of any imagination.

The last time he spoke to me, was two weeks ago, when during Rec he stormed into the yard with other guards, handcuffed me and Tristan behind our backs and screamed in our faces.

He screamed with rage, as if somebody kicked his dog, foaming at the mouth… because we had extra books in our cell. He lost his mind over books. I've never seen a man so angry, over a book.

I felt sorry for him.

Tristan and I said nothing and apologized despite the fact it was pathetic.

I haven’t seen him since, and he’s downgrading my conditions and leaving me to rot.

I would like to add there are good staff here, hard-working men and women who know what is happening to me is unfair and understand this place isn’t fit for humans. They repeatedly apologize to me and state that the senior staff have never treated other high-profile prisoners this way. I'm the only one.

Nobody knows the reason why this is happening. But someone is ordering it. This is my life, I am living it and it is brutal.

I have been left with no choice but to take legal action against FDC Miami for the conditions of my confinement. This is a civil rights issue. I do not ask for special treatment.

I asked to be treated the same as any other prisoner and American citizen.

In fact, I ask to be treated as well as an ILLEGAL.

Not only am I in jail, I have been downgraded by 95% from what normal prisoners receive.

I have prepared a package, currently with my legal and PR teams, of every single infraction I have witnessed in this facility. The corruption, the lack of recreation, the filth, the unsanitary conditions.

ANYONE who has previously complained against this facility can contact my legal team. I understand they have tortured thousands of people, and all of them were not even treated as badly as I am being treated.

There is no ambiguity here - what is happening to me is against the law.

There is absolutely no reason for FDC to be treating men this way, whether they are American citizens or otherwise. They are deliberately torturing me.

The Romanians treated me better than this.

To all Main Stream News outlets, if you want to understand why this facility received thousands of complaints, I have the story and the proof - contact my team immediately.

To the journalists who turned up at my mother’s house today. To the journalist who went to the community I used to live in. To the media requesting interviews and there have been up to 50 in the last 72 hours.

Let me make this extremely clear.
This is not about you anymore. You are the enemy of this country and its people. Because of your propaganda, many, many people have been hurt, slandered, labelled and put through pain.

And soon you will see it. We keep our morals, our Christian faith and our integrity at the front of every move we make. No violence. No disorder. No criminal offences. We use our lawyers to speak to senior police officers whenever there are concerns or questions. In the next three years we have the chance to take real control of every city and town in this country.

When that time comes, we are going to wipe the old lot of politicians out. Install trustworthy, integrity driven, British people first kind of politicians.

We already have the power. We just haven’t used it. That’s about to change.
Enjoy the next few years. Because the Patriot Platform and more importantly the people of this country are about to send you a message you will never forget.

We will take our country back.
Not with violence.
Not with intimidation.
Not with threats.
Not with aggression towards police or the public.

I’ll be honest, this whole argument that “Top G is just a character” is bullshit.

Andrew is a marketing genius.

He understood how to pull potential out of people. He understood what he needed to say to invoke conversations that needed to be had. He was willing to be the heel when necessary, because sometimes you have to become the villain to force people to confront uncomfortable questions.

He understood the psychology of attention.

Start with something that grabs you.

Then walk you through the logical process.

Did he experiment with what he could say? Absolutely.

Did he test what was too dark, what created good attention, what created bad attention, and what techniques actually got people to listen?

Absolutely.

But when you start with zero resources, sometimes you have to be your own guinea pig.

You test.

You learn.

You refine.

Once he understood the game, he refined the technique. He cut out what was noise and kept what was effective at cutting through the bullshit and delivering the message.

That doesn’t mean the person behind it was fake.

It means he understood marketing.

And he always wanted to be remembered.

From a kid, he wanted to be the person who figured it out.

Then he achieved the material wealth.

But that wasn’t the end.

That was when the question became:

“What do I leave behind?”

The message to protect your family

To be stoic

To be the best human you can possibly build.

He wanted to give people from the same starting point he came from a chance to build what he had built.

To go from point zero.

To pull themselves out of the mud.

That’s why he created The Real World.

He didn’t mislead people with some fantasy of easy success.

He didn’t tell people there was a shortcut.

He didn’t tell them they could cut the line.

He gave them tools.

He taught them how to use those tools.

And then told them the responsibility was theirs.

YOU had to use them.

YOU had to work.

YOU had to build.

And when you did, you were supposed to be proud of what YOU built.

So when people say “Top G is just a character,” I think they’re completely missing the point.

Yes, there is a persona.

Yes, there is marketing.

Yes, there was strategy behind how he presented himself.

But the ambition was real.

The work was real.

The mission was real.

The message was real.

Top G isn’t some fictional superhero who comes to save you.

Top G is the superhero you build within yourself.

He represents what you could become if you stop waiting for somebody to pull you out of the mud.

He gave you the tools.

He showed you the way.

But YOU have to become the fucking hero.

People’s minds are crazy. They’ll make a judgement before anything has even been proven, while completely disregarding the facts that are already known.

You can dislike someone as much as you want, but wishing for the demise of men who have been proven guilty of nothing.. while knowing they have factually helped feed and support starving children.. says a lot.

What would you say to the child who no longer receives that care package because someone is wrongfully locked up? Does your hatred for that person matter more than the innocent people affected by it?

Go with the facts, not what is more entertaining.

TEN REASONS THE LAW REQUIRES THE RELEASE OF ANDREW AND TRISTAN TATE

Today we filed Andrew and Tristan Tate's Motion for Release Pending Extradition in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Here are ten of the many reasons the law requires their release.

1. Romania heard these same charges and released them. Its courts found Andrew and Tristan were neither a flight risk nor a danger.

2. They complied with every condition of release for three years. The Romanian prosecutor confirmed it in writing.

3. Romania let them travel the world. They visited eleven countries and came back every time.

4. Romania has already ordered their surrender to the U.K. when its case ends. There is no reason why they should be jailed in the USA on England's behalf.

5. These are the same warrants Romania ruled on two years ago. The U.K. accepted that ruling and lived with it. This is forum shopping, plain and simple.

6. There was no urgency. Four days before the arrest, the brothers posted their location publicly: the United States Capitol. The marshals found them at an advertised boxing match.

7. They knew about the charges for years and never ran. Their lawyers engaged the U.K. prosecutors, offered interviews, and sued the Director of Public Prosecutions.

8. They cannot hide. Andrew was the most Googled person on Earth in 2023. Courts released Dog the Bounty Hunter on bond for the same reason.

9. England itself would give them bail. These charges are bailable in the U.K., where the unconvicted enjoy a presumption of release.

10. Their detention is punishment before judgment. Convicted of nothing and charged with nothing in America, they sit in the SHU while the U.K.'s papers are not due until September 16. The Constitution forbids it.
