DFW Kazuya Main, Secondary Terry. Looking to make waves with some OP combos. PFP sponsored by Thrillho and Christian Mingle. Cheeks’s favorite talented player.
@JohnGordon1965 Yeah I saw they mentioned it in the blog post, I actually mentioned it in one of the follow up comments, but it would have been sick for them to give a sort of “sample” per say of what the new balance will look like for the weapons specifically, so we can test the full concept.
This change is actually awesome on paper, but them not doing any adjustments to weapon TTKs alongside it is gonna massively skew the feedback from the general audience. Lights about to be the boogeyman for the next week. The light is the best class believers are eating goooooood.
In tomorrow’s update, we’ll introduce an experimental World Tour event designed to help us test out potential changes to the game. 🧪 We'd love your feedback!
Matt Lowe, Design Director for THE FINALS is telling you all about it on our dedicated blog: https://t.co/Xmc3oXpmPO
But at the end of the day, Embark is taking massive steps in the correct direction balancing wise, and I’m SUPER excited to see the final product if this 1 week test is well received, and we get that full balance pass with the final product. The kit diversity potential 🥹❤️
Obviously they’ll do a full balance pass if they do commit to the changes, but I hope the average player’s feedback will not just be “Light was broken, this idea sucks”. Without a tighter health disparity, weapons like the model and the pike are forever stuck as busted, or ass.
We take concerns about integrity very seriously, especially in the esports and gaming community. To be clear, the Contestant Choice Awards were not 'rigged.'
The final outcomes were determined using a structured evaluation process. Raw votes were run through a custom algorithm, combined with viewership metrics, and concluded with a unanimous panel review. This entire system was co-created and jointly approved by all event organizers. This approach was intentionally designed to protect the integrity of the results and ensure categories remained accurate, for example, preventing a non-artist from being voted into the Artist of the Year category.
We understand that not everyone will agree with every outcome, and we respect the passion people have for their preferred creators. That said, we stand by the integrity of the system used and remain committed to transparency and trust in all future events.

Today I hopped on stream with the expectation to coach some players in the finals and react to Charlie's video. Did none of that.
Instead, we just bought @ProhubsTF
This could not happen without the community. I have no idea what's next, but PHL belongs to all of us.
Hearing Leo speak is so poetic,
His words flow like water,
Wisdom descends gracefully with each breath,
Inspirational, exciting, energizing,
I'm so glad to be a Leo fan
Shoutouts to @bstategames for speedrunning the death of EFT, so sad to see a game I loved and supported for years is getting the P2W treatment. BSG better hope there is a world record for this so they can atleast get something out of fucking us over. They make EA look good.
@Deus_Moon Found a interesting issue. When using Grandma Gertie I found where using ZR as jump and X as shield after a wave dash there will be a buffered jump afterwards without a second press. This doesn’t happen when using ZL as jump either. Happened on both GC and ProGCC controllers.
