received a dm this morning from someone who said they feel lost in life

that they loved their day to day, but once they entered the world of social media and crypto they began to really dream

and that, they said, was the beginning of their mental downfall

no matter what they accomplished, they could never be satisfied, that no matter how much money they made, it couldnt be enough, and then when they lost it...

i resonate, im with you friend, i go through many of the same thoughts and reflections even though on the surface it seems im doing well

i am, but inside, i have this feeling that i could always be doing better, always been competitive, always wanted to do my best

so the solution? as i said before, it's gratitude, it's living in the present, it's understanding there's highs and lows and that means you're alive!

im still working on this myself and think i will for a long time! be patient, be kind with yourself! and take care of your health, easy win, no matter what
