Sebi has issued some clarifications on its finfluencer circular today. They say:

1) Associating with a finfluencer who gives advice is prohibited
2) Associating indirectly through a marketing agency is prohibited
3) Associating through a digital platform (eg:Google Search) is prohibited - whether the advertiser has control on where ads get displayed or not

I think the last one is pretty big and should ideally impact all SEO, Youtube advertising by Sebi-regulated entities!
