Working on something new to be published over the next few weeks. In the meanwhile, here's an old post.
The bias problem in tennis https://t.co/ZuFjFj4Vja
@PaulFMcNamee Utterly despicable decision. They’re killing one of the most exciting, spectator-friendly competitions in pro tennis - high quality doubles matches. Beyond belief.
@bonhectare@PictureSporting Thank you! The missing “12” was like my phone map app giving me audio directions like “In a quarter mile, turn…” and then cuts off 😊!
@GarfieldMoreton@nimishdubey The only time I saw him bat in the ground. That six he hit was the flattest I’ve ever seen. It hit a wall beyond the boundary on the full and rebounded in several feet back into the ground. Never seen anything like it. Unlike any of the others hit by the Windies in that match.
@pavyg@FranCerundolo@QueensTennis For a non‑UK resident Cerundolo will likely pay roughly £180,000–£230,000 in taxes to HMRC. Mind-boggling and worse than usury.
