@RealSkipBayless After the Portugal goal it was almost 2.5mins until play resumes with the kickoff. That gets added. Ref tracks time on his watch but the stoppage time estimate doesn't get updated after the initial estimate. And yes they also do not blow full time in the middle of a possession

@ANGSAXM When Portugal scored it was roughly 2.5mins until play resumes so that gets added to the stoppage time... They don't update the announced stoppage time the ref keeps the time.
