No one is above the law....checks and balances are needed but the law must be followed when doing so...the law is made by the same parliament

@anabiyeni @achemicals9 Every arm of government has a role they play. Judiciary is to protect, interpret and enforce constitution, the parliament has its own role. When an individual thinks the speaker is overreaching they can apply for judicial review and court will interfere.

Parliament has independence over internal matters. They are not above the constitution, when they do something above their constitutional powers the court comes in. Courts are mandated to do so under section 9 of the Constitutio!!
