Watch the chaotic Senate standoff as Jane Hume, triggered by criticism of Pauline Hanson, drags her feet on withdrawing disorderly comments, as Jess Walsh nails her for running “protection for One Nation.” 🔥 #auspol

The Albanese govt expels Iran's ambassador on the basis of Israeli rumours that the Iranian state has been hot-wiring caravans in Dural
Yet Israel deliberately kills an Australian citizen delivering charity aid and we give their ambassador a wrist slap

Encouraging news out overnight that ratings agency Moody’s has reaffirmed Australia’s AAA credit rating.
The Moody's report found “debt ratios at the Commonwealth level remain low” and our fiscal strategy is “supported by expenditure reforms and a record of conservative budgeting.”
It also found the Government’s fiscal policy has been “adaptive, reflected in the consolidation of pandemic-era deficits into nearly balanced budgets over a short span of time.”
We are one of only nine countries with a AAA sovereign credit rating from all three major ratings agencies.
This is another welcome endorsement of the Government’s responsible economic management.

Latest tactic, add flood risk to justify a $2200 jump in annual insurance where there has been no flood & flood not an issue for the past 15 years of same policy with the same company.
Cost of living crisis?
@LadyPoop2 I agree with almost all political analysts and commentators who know about politics, you cannot compare the USA voting system, Australia's two party preferred will not give #phon a chance.. She is now only getting around 26% and that is mostly out in the country and Qld
It's reported that Pauline Hanson would slash the prices of cigarettes.. It's heading most news items today 😂. But nobody has mentioned she hasn't got a chance in hell of ever being PM at the next election.. Our MSM are so fucking lame you have to laugh #auspol
