@Delta You canceled my confirmed paid for ticket 24hrs later saying the flight was canceled...but yet the same flight is still available but now at a significant higher price! Where are your morals?

@AmericanAir the flight attendant told me that was “Normal” that is not Normal!!! I have never experienced that on a flight ever! I had to sit in a seat where I was getting wet the entire flight! That is completely Unacceptable & I am very Disappointed!!!

@AmericanAir I filed a complaint in regards to my flight on 8/2/18 From NYC to Toronto. 1-27543751673 The air conditioning unit in my seat was leaking small chunks of ice the entire flight! I informed the flight attendant when i noticed my seat was wet upon boarding!
