The speed limits on Starlink and Starshield are still there. The speed has not been restored. And the delivery of interceptors to protect us against Russian ballistic missiles is still delayed. We’re waiting for interceptors that were already agreed on. But they are still not coming. This is a real problem, because the Russians attack us almost every single day.

All of this is happening while we continue our quite successful operations on the front. We keep defending positions. Things have become harder – partly because of the Starlink and Starshield policies and speed limits. But our frontline is still holding and I am proud of how strong our people are.

The Moscow region. Our long-range sanctions have produced results against logistics facilities and an oil depot. Thank you to the warriors of the Unmanned Systems Forces, our intelligence services, the Missile Forces and Artillery, and the Special Operations Forces. The targets were more than 400 kilometers from our border. Two shadow fleet tankers and four cargo ships were also struck in the Black Sea.

We are responding, justly, to every Russian strike against our cities and communities. This war must be brought to an end, and that is only possible by increasing the pressure on the sole cause of this war – Russia.

We’re sanctioning Russia at speed and scale.

Today’s measures, together with the upcoming 21st sanctions package, will add 250 individuals and entities to the Russia sanctions regime.

This is our biggest round of individual designations since Moscow’s 2022 full-scale invasion, and includes also the EU’s largest-ever cyber sanctions package.

The financial backbone of Russia’s war machine is the main target. Every measure weakens Moscow’s ability to wage war.
