@JustEatUK @CitizensAdvice @MoneySavingExp Could it please be explained to me how Just Eat can deliver a wrong product, in this case ground coffee rather than beans, you send them a photo and explain that your coffee machine does not take grounds, but they refuse a refund?

@JustEatUK I've waited 2 hours for my order and the restaurant had marked it as delivered so I couldn't request a refund. Then they updated tracking again to show it's put for delivery and I asked for a refund again and the restaurant won't give it!

@JustEatUK How the hell does your drivers not know how to distinguish where a order goes when the driver was only carrying 2 orders that trip, mines and someone elses. So not only did that £7 off promo code go to waste but now i have someone elses food.

@JustEatUK says my driver has been at the restaurant for an hour. The restaurant will be dead at this time so not sure what’s going on. Nearly two hours since I ordered? The restaurant is 6 mins away…can’t cancel. It’s just stuck!

@JustEatUK disgusting customer service. Waited 2.5hrs for a McDonald’s which was sat in their kitchen from 18:37 bagged and ready to go and not delivered to my door until 20:36 and all you are offering me is £6.37 out of £25 absolutely disgusting.

@JustEatUK can someone respond to me. I waited nearly 4 hours for food from a restaurant 13 minutes away. I was told I couldn’t have a refund. Even though I’d been trying to cancel in from 2 hours of waiting.
