It's not a wage theft problem. It's a reproductive power problem. As long as men compete for women, they will also compete for ressources and power to attract women. Men need to claim the reproductive power by abolishing the family unit, forming a gay brotherhood, and selecting which women will get seed.

If men pool the wives and form a gay brotherhood, satisfying their daily sexual urges with one another, which their DNA allows for since they have the X chromosome, so same-sex attraction is hardwired into men, (that's why women implant homophobia in men at a young age in men, then later befriends the gays as to keep their enemies close), then men claim the reproductive power for themselves because they can now collectively choose which woman they will collectively impregnate.

It is respectful of women, though women will clearly lose their reproductive power this way. But I feel it's the only way to save the species from a catastrophy. The way it's going now, automation will only favor the rich, and the now jobless poors will either revolt or die out. Either way, it's a bloodbath. This allowed women to select the DNA of our species to make us more competitive because women benefit from the competitiveness of men when they marry one that is winning at the competition, or divorce one that is failing to partner up with a more successful one.

Men should turn all gay to save the species. By satisfying their urges with one another and renouncing the pussy they almost never (... or just never!) get anyway, it is the women's urge to be impregnated and give birth that will be leveraged to put the women in competition with one another to be selected by the brotherhood for ritual insemination by the brotherhood. A woman will have to apply first for her candidacy to be considered, so it is consensual sex. Men CAN reclaim the reproductive power without reverting back to the era of humanity where the rapists had the reproductive power. Civilization basically started as an attempt from women to reclaim the reproducive power from the rapists. That is why they think rape is the worst crime.

Since multiple men will inseminate a women at around the same time, we will not know who the father is and that will wipe the family unit off the map. Therefore, the ressources are collectivized naturally. Humanity will become one big family because everyone can consider the brotherhood itself as their father.

This will give the power to men to select the DNA they want for the species. Women will become individuals in competition to satisfy their need to give birth while they still have time.
