Had a great throwing session today!  If you had told me 1 1/2 yrs ago I would be able to feel this good again & that it wouldn’t even be the highlight of my day I woulda called you crazy.  But it wasn’t even the highlight of my hour.  This moment!!  ❤️❤️  I’m so grateful for her.

@RooshWilliams I would love to be there! But I have rehab every damn day. I would have to monopolize the trainers for hours, the bullpen coach and catcher an hour, and stength coaches for an hour each day. I’m sure they don’t have to help any players who are ACTUALLY PLAYING
