@carolvorders Carol what we need is for IPT to be scrapped. It’s a stealth tax and increases everyone’s Insurance premium by at least 12%. It some cases it rises to 20%. Car insurance rises based on many risk factors, including inflation.

@HMRCcustomers If you knew it would hit capacity then why not have a queue system and why not have a message online that says that instead of everyone spending hours trying to get through. Not everyone can set up a plan online!!! Absolute shambles.
