I don't know where to put this, but something really beautiful is happening on my @Kingshot_Mobile kingdom.
One of the active members passed away from her battle with cancer and so many people, from all different alliances, are coming together for a vigil around her town centre
@Baron_Jark As I said, the games are better than the film for a lot of reasons, so you could watch playthroughs or something if you wanted to. But the film does a really good job of capturing the magic and wonder of a Pokemon world in "live action", even if you are "old school"
@Baron_Jark The mystery, or mysteries (plural) if playing the games, aren't meant to blindside you (they are kids games after all). But because they are emotionally charged the games finale just hits different when you've already seen how the film presents the ending
@Baron_Jark In terms of the RR association, I think it's really easy to disassociate him from the role (but that could also just be me), but it's not really until the end that it hits you it's him... I think that it's a very fun film, I enjoy watching it with J and get teary-eyed at the end
@Baron_Jark They both are very humorous too. I think that the humour in the games have a very dry wit of humour, but that's mostly because it's read and not voice acted, so you can let the jokes really sink in and enjoy them. The film still has that, but also very slapstick and visual jokes
Me after Azurite Sea: I'm retiring my Lumiere deck. I want to play with different fun decks and synergies.
Me after looking through the Archazia's Island card reveals:
First two episodes of Star Wars Skeleton Crew was so good! J was on the edge of her seat the whole time. Definitely feels like Goonies in Star Wars vibes so far β can't wait for next week's episode
