@MyJRA@OUTsurance please urgently assist with fixing this traffic light that hasn't worked all year. Apollo Rd and Northumberland in Sundowner causing major traffic every day. Drysdale also closed due to repairs making matters worse.
@Discovery_SA gave me incorrect info about my SPG, then took nearly a month to tell me why they're not paying after I paid thousands, thinking it would reduce. No accountability, no urgency. Discovery has lost its service edge.

@Discovery_SA My son needs to see a urologist this week and I have no above threshold available. This should be an immediate fix. I cannot understand what takes weeks. Why aren't you elaborating on the actual problem? I've sent the account? Reduce the SPG, simple???
@Discovery_SA I have just been called by your call center to acknowledge that Discovery is having a problem with their self payment gaps. Reported over 2 weeks ago and told it could take another 8 days? In the meantime I must keep paying doctors???
@Discovery_SA Please just resolve it. My SPG should be well below zero and it was raised more than 3 weeks ago. It keeps getting escalated but nothing is done to actually fix the problem so I am still paying providers when it should be in above threshold by now. Huge letdown.

Even though I am supposed to be above my threshold but your agent said she is sorry so I suppose that is supposed to help me? More run arounds and not one person can fix it. @Discovery_SA this is embarrassing for a so called superior medical aid?

@Discovery_SA It has now been 5 working days and I haven't heard from a consultant since last week Thursday morning promising to resolve the issue.
It is now late Wednesday afternoon. I was told it will take 2-3 days and still my SPG has not been resolved?

@Discovery_SA absolutely the worst service experienced trying to understand why my self payment gap hasn't come down. You can not get a manager or a straightforward forward answer from anybody. You get sent from person to person, and no answers. How do we cancel Discovery??

No supervisors or managers just comments and no resolutions. Still no one has assisted me? Banking side far more on the ball.
