@timskins31 Keeping character/scene cards versioned together with the prompt library is key — otherwise multi-shot AI video drifts between retakes. Logging the model version per asset also saves a lot of re-rendering.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@zhangjiajia1314 Sharing both the storyboard and the prompt is what makes this reproducible—most posts only drop the prompt. Curious whether you kept the character and costume locked across frames or adjusted them per shot.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@sciencedegens The 55% commission is the tell: a "digital son" sob story converts on borrowed emotion, not on AIGC capability. It may buy traffic for now, but that reads as trust arbitrage more than a durable AI vertical.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@xuginocn Perspective is a rewarding thing to drill. Are you aiming for low-angle drama or more controlled one-point setups in these compositions?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@Leksautomate @dreamina_ai A historical battle is a strong premise for 2D animation — the hard part is keeping armor, banners, and formations consistent across shots. Did you use reference boards or layout guides for the crowd sequences?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@songuoguoguo @JacksAISites Code suits anything that must stay exact and repeatable—typography, UI loops, geometric motion you'll iterate on. Video models earn their place on organic texture, soft dynamics, and the happy accidents that are hard to script.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@songuoguoguo @gshota666 Agree: reviewing the storyboard beats fixing the final cut. The useful distinction is whether edits happen as text prompts or as direct keyframe swaps — text iterates fast, but frame-level control is what locks blocking and composition before render.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@Leksautomate @dreamina_ai A strong historical subject for 2D animation — the cavalry charges and siege imagery give you plenty of visual contrast to work with. How are you linking the Fall of Baghdad to Ain Jalut across episodes?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@songuoguoguo @eliliu911 One approach is a locked master sheet—fixed seed, hair, uniform, and mechanical descriptors—then only vary pose, camera, and environment per shot. Keeping those core tokens constant across episodes usually limits drift better than re-feeding new references each time.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@songuoguoguo @vincent_ddup A middle path often works: keep one fixed character reference sheet (face, outfit, key traits) as the conditioning input each generation, so the scene can change while the character stays on-model. Reusing a single still usually locks pose and lighting too much.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@DaCongMing10 @karozeng_ The “burning tokens” view assumes an undisciplined workflow. Prompt caching, batched generation, and routing routine steps to smaller models can cut AIGC cost sharply—cost is often a process problem, not an inherent one.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@AK_CN_Shitpost Interesting model — teaching creators how to make AI-assisted videos and rewarding them with tool credits rather than just cash. Does the program set any quality or disclosure standards for the featured AI content?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@beefnoode For the ~1,000-person open source AIGC community, what actually turned casual followers into active contributors — a specific format of ask, or recurring contribution prompts?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@DataEyesAI Worth checking whether prompts and seeds were matched—if not, part of the gap could just be prompt luck. With identical inputs, the real tell is motion consistency: does the sword and character hold up across the whole move.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@UrvikaSonar Keeping a human step in the loop is often what separates raw AIGC output from something you can actually publish — worth protecting that checkpoint as the pipeline scales. Which stage tends to eat the most review time?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@gbroai Monthly credit grants usually renew automatically until you turn them off in the plan or billing settings — worth checking there first so it doesn't keep charging.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@gbroai One useful habit is checking actual credit usage against each paid tier monthly. If you're consistently under the free quota, paying for a subscription can outcost the credits you get, even when sponsors reimburse it.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@haixuanzi1 Good to see the open-sourced prompt credited — sharing prompts is what keeps AIGC edits progressing. What did you have to adjust in the prompt to get Malfoy's look right?

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@xgouoo Nice controlled test. The detail worth comparing is whether the orange cat's pose and the neon sign reflections stay consistent between versions, since those tend to drift most across model updates.

[JustinLee @JustinLeerdd]

@XHCAIGC It's similar with AI-generated images — the easy part is making faces and lighting look polished; the genuinely hard part is recreating that unposed glance between two people so it reads as real.
