You cannot lead until you learn to follow.

Make sure you desire to be a leader to avoid being a follower.

It’s not about being an authority, but an influence.

It’s a privilege, not a wait.

I just flooded my teammates inbox with my PTO requests for June, July, and September and I’m not even sorry about it 😂

Someone please send help (sarcasm), or I’m force to go back home and continue work there.

How to politely confront someone that might need a psych evaluation to please be quiet while working in a public cafe? Everyone else is working or having their meetings, yet this person sings out loud, dances, stands, plays an instrument…

The news over dramatizes the weather sometimes, or I should say, all the time; when it says “storm.” Like bro, it’s called WINTER. Normalize it.

California people seriously need to chill on the road. They think they own it and will honk if you’re trying to get over when clearly they’re just being speedy.

Movie trailers for rated R movies are funny. The soft, and supposedly creepy voice that says “Rated R”is just hilarious.

Like bro…are you out of breath? Why can’t you just say Rated R normally? 😂😂😂

Finally! Some good news on journalism! 🙌🏽 Please, we need more of THIS and less of the negativity, fear, and random statistics that world doesn’t need just so companies can have more “views/clicks.” #CBS @CBSNews

I wish there was an ad blocker on #instagram. Every 1-3 posts, there is an ad.

I have to remind myself, why am I even scrolling when 95% of the feed is accounts that I don’t follow.

Can Instagram just die so I don’t have to be on there anymore? 🤦🏽♂️

How do people get into Masters league when they don’t team play? Things I don’t understand 🤦🏽‍♂️ #PokemonUNITE

I finally finished my Kona coffee. 🙃

Making those extra payments on the student loans is a double edge sword. Great that you’re doing it but also heart breaking after seeing how much is left over. 🥲

April 2025!

When I try to avoid spilling something on my white polo, I still find myself doing it. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I got ketchup on myself while I was eating French fries. UGH!

This is 2 for 2 now that the #Starbucks I have gone to doesn’t refill their toilet paper in their restrooms - both rolls.

Do I have to start bringing my own now wherever I go? 🤦🏽‍♂️

[Justin Y. @JustinRYap]

I might have splurged on myself today. $43 for dinner for one. 😅 darn inflation 😂

Oy! This Pisco Sour is hitting a bit hard.

Found a spot! Public library, at least where this county I’m at, has plenty of seats and outlets. 🥰🥳🙌🏽

I can’t seem to find a place to work on public wifi while I wait for my Mom to arrive at the airport. 😫 #Starbucks wifi is just too slow.

To upgrade my seat to VA in December for First Class, or to not. It is a red eye flight, but I’m not sure if I want to spend the extra cash for better sleep. 🤷🏽‍♂️
