Could a mild swat discourage me from burning myself the same way the swat taught me not to run into the street? These were when I was around 4 years old the pain I do not remember but the lesson I do.

@dwnrxxx My point is those are not arguments made in the constitution at all. Those are separate laws and you use the constitution to determine their validity. It’s the system that paved the way for freedom for woman and in this country people of color for the first time in world history

@dwnrxxx Politics is downstream from culture. Stop pretending the culture of the time is written into the constitution. It’s not. The constitution outlines the doctrine of freedom.

@dwnrxxx The constitution as it was written originally was what gave freedom to women and people of color for the first time in the history of the world. Show me somewhere in the constitution it says anything about keeping women or people of color from freedom.
