🚨 | Manchester United could pull the plug on their proposed move for Ederson after new injury concerns have prompted the club to arrange a more thorough medical examination for the 27-year-old Brazil international this week.

Although an agreement was reached last month and the signing had been widely expected to strengthen Michael Carrick’s side following Casemiro’s departure, doubts have emerged over Ederson’s recent meniscus injury and potential longer-term knee issues, raising the possibility that United will walk away if the latest tests prove unsatisfactory.

The club remain hopeful he will pass the checks, but the deal is no longer certain, potentially forcing them to pursue other midfield targets.
