After news broke this week suggesting the Trump administration is actively weighing the use of CHIPS Act funds to purchase a stake in $INTC the stock soared over 24% and finished with its highest weekly volume since…..wait for it…..1993🤯 $INTC also saw highly unusual far OTM call buying right before the news broke with the buyers starting positions in March $32c’s $35c’s and $40c’s🕵🏼‍♂️🐳 We started seeing unusual OTM flow last month for September Opex at the $27 strikes but the $30-$40 range of calls was highly unusual 🤔 If there’s a clear theme in 2025 it’s that insiders have not been shy about loading the boat with calls before major government related news broke🚨 There’s never been a more lucrative time IMO to follow the flow 💰💰💰 @unusual_whales
