They don’t have to do this, they do it because they recognize the value in our youth being involved in cadet training.

These women are volunteer veterans working with kids, many who are high risk and benefit greatly from the discipline and structure of cadets.

Many retired, disabled and stationed officers actually host and train cadets from 10-19 years old, sometimes even on base when the kids are older and training to apply for the CAF, RC and RCAF

These women deserve the utmost respect for giving back to youth.
