@British_Airways since you listed this company as a recommended supplier, can you do anything? Presumably you want to make travel painless and with “partners” (read “fly by nights”) like this, the process is very https://t.co/65thIjRpkf the complaints below.
@chronomentary my day 2 test hasn’t arrived and tomorrow is day https://t.co/wduZDG5qeT do not reply to emails, website messages or have a call centre.what must I do?my antigen tests arrived after I left so had to buy others through another supplier. Can someone contact me please?
@chronomentary Seems like every customer has a similar experience based on social media complaints. Can’t believe @British_Airways recommends this supplier. UK gov should remove your supplier status.
@chronomentary My antigen tests arrived after I left for my trip so had to buy new ones from another supplier. Only one of my two day 2 tests arrived and now will have to buy another one from another supplier. No response to emails. No response on fb, no call centre.
@chronomentary should have read your social media feed before buying tests.doesn’t make for pretty reading. Clearly have a customer service/delivery issue.Concerned tests won’t arrive on time and will have to pay for others. @British_Airways how do your recommend this provider?😡
@PPaulCharles@ThePCAgency Is it clear whether the requirement to quarantine in hotels is immediate? Ie if you arrive in the next couple of days will you have to stay in hotel? Or do they need to announce further detail before it is effective.
