If the wine is good, then it’s good. Like wine, Art is subjective. I’m not a fan of this label, I prefer the female form with shoulders, neck, & head.
A bad label won’t stop me from enjoying it- I’ve had plenty of bad wines with nice labels, haven’t you?
Never expected such a difference. But La Poissonnière has become _TheFishPan_. Thank You, Chef- what a fabulous tool. A decade ago You inspired me to “up” my fish game, and this comes at the perfect time in my cooking education! Sea bass with mango salsa.
