Host of @forthelrpod & @longrunlabs. Building @findmyhuddle and @eternal. Sharing what I learn about endurance, performance, & building sustainably. Let's run!
2026 pinned tweet:
I help great brands show up in endurance, health, and outdoor culture in a way that actually fits.
Host of @ForTheLRPod + @LongRunLabs.
I build creator networks, design sponsorships, and connect companies with the runners, athletes, and builders who shape the space.
Think: storytelling > ads.
Community > impressions.
Long-term > one-off deals.
I also advise and invest in early-stage companies.
If you’re building something in running, health, or the outdoors, we’re probably aligned.
Oh, and I run a lot. Trails, preferably.
The more AI floods our screens, the less we trust what's real.
Doug Emslie built a 180-show events portfolio and sold for $940M.
His read: "the big difference about events is that you meet people face to face."
It's the one moat AI can't disrupt.
Events aren't fading. They're the future.

i used blood flow restriction shorts (via https://t.co/7UAhEultCt*) because i was afraid of loading an injured hip with a full bar. i did squats/deadlifts/walking lunges twice last week, and once so far this week.
*i'm doing some advisory work with this brand and been testing it out in the process
Still not over the fact that one single strength session last Sunday has seemed to have resolved a hip impingement issue I’ve been dealing with for 6+ weeks.
Do your strength training, people!!
Just kicked off another seeding+market research campaign with a brand to help ahead of a US/new category launch.
Very fun to add this capability to how I can work with brands!
And even better when they all decide to start in Boulder!
A year ago I left a job I'd held for over a decade.
What held me back was never the math. It was that encouragement carries you right up to the edge and not one inch over.
Here's what I've learned since.
(And no, I still can't answer "what do you do?")

yeah - it's the wild wild west. most docs are either not incentivized to spend time helping healthy people improve, OR they're trying to sell you something.
eternal is combining the health/performance in a unique way, with the free app as the front door to help build trust. for many, the free app will be enough.
others will want to add additional services like lab tests, performance assessments, consults with experts, and some other portion of members will upgrade to something like this for the full stack/level of support: https://t.co/cnH9V6ECur
@JWLevitt@eternal This is fucking fantastic. It's currently reading my bloodwork that i had done last fall. I need to redo the labs.
This data feedback is exactly what my PCP couldnt deliver or elaborate to me.
@adamstatonsmith@eternal Dump your data into eternal and let us make a podcast for you to talk through it all!! The whole experience is free if you bring your own data, or you can add testing via Eternal + coaching or health or nutrition insight from experts!
