CopperString 2032, the electrical superhighway of the North, is one step closer to construction after a $1.3 billion commitment from Queensland Government. This funding will progress detailed design and engineering, procure equipment with long lead time and establish a 100-strong permanent Powerlink project team.

This is a significant millstone towards unlocking the North West Minerals Province and the renewable potential of North Queensland - and we can't wait to get started!
