As much as I wish this were possible, it simply is not. In reality, everyday life would become more expensive. Tariffs are, and would continue to be, passed down to consumers. At the same time, federal taxes such as payroll taxes, inheritance taxes, and excise taxes would likely increase, creating a higher overall tax burden.

You cannot cut taxes without also reducing demand on the system, especially given the current national debt, an unbalanced budget, and the growing burden of federal guarantees such as pensions, Social Security, and Medicare.

I guess I’m a “commie” because I think peeling paint can happen naturally when there are issues with surface prep, mixing ratios, application, surface moisture, adhesion, or environmental conditions.

Anyone who has painted stone material, or hired someone to do it, knows this is completely possible. Paint fails all the time when it’s applied incorrectly or when conditions affect how it bonds.

It says a lot about how divided things are that even peeling paint can turn into a political argument. With everything going on in this country, are we really calling people communists for saying it might not be sabotage? America really is doomed.

Yet you backed a company that has abused Florida HOA laws to steal millions from hard working Floridians and their homes while the same company simultaneously used the EB5 program to take investors homes with fake lease back programs leaving them with hundreds of thousands in looses. You’ve all but ignored those families… but not the photo op

Actually genius, industrial polyurea/ polyurethane hybrid coating can delaminate in large pieces if there is what’s called intercoat adhesion failure. Which could be caused by improperly mixing the rations, poor service prep, missed recoat windows, trapped moister from things such as surface leaks like the reflection pool had, putting it down in humid of conditions which cause pin holes in the surface and trap moisture… just to name a few.
