Die Grünen haben den Gesetzentwurf zur Abschaffung der Haltefrist eingebracht. Sie bezeichnen es als „Gerechtigkeitslücke".

Der eigentliche Hammer steckt im Stichtag: 31.12.2025. Heute ist Mai 2026. Heißt im Klartext: alle Käufe der letzten vier Monate sollen rückwirkend unter komplett neue Regeln fallen.

Wenn der Entwurf durchgeht, rechnen wir mit Kapital-Migration in steuerfreundlichere Jurisdiktionen. Österreich hat genau das schon hinter sich. Ergebnis dort: mehr Bürokratie, lautstarke Kritik aus der Branche, abgewandertes Kapital.

Ein Armutszeugnis für Politiker, die keine Ahnung davon haben, was sie da regulieren, welchen Schaden sie anrichten und wie sie damit den Standort Deutschland für genau die Treiber lokaler Innovation aus dem Land verjagen, die er gerade dringender bräuchte denn je.

Manche Länder verlieren ihren Standort durch Krieg. Deutschland verliert ihn aus freien Stücken.
