@InvertTheWing One of the biggest issues to me is just this: Why is Spence on such a pedestal he can’t be sold? He’s not great going forward at all. My overall issue is we say oh no not him; mate we finished 17th yet again almost relegated…maybe the players aren’t as good as we think they are?
@blake1704839670@Kish_P14 Exacfly my point. Do I think tonal is a good player and would be our best midfielder? Easily
Do I think 80 mil for him is crazy? Yes again
But that’s today’s market! And the ambitious teams just sack up and pay (more than normal) for who they want. That’s it.
@pokeefe1@SifisoMahlang5 If the club are serious! Don’t hold your breath; again doesn’t matter who’s gaffer, no one ever gets actual support from the board sooooo
@xAlexTHFC Good; I swear all the past managers have something in their contracts were they can’t talk on the club when they leave.
Everything conte said was the truth; still is.
By the way, if they somehow stay up, why in the world would any coach take this job?
@xAlexTHFC I wish I could find the clip but was watching live. 2-1 and Porro is just trotting back, no care to truly get back and track his man.
Luckily the cross didn’t make it but his man was WIDE open.
Most don’t care. If relegated they’ll “be gutted” then leave
@xAlexTHFC This is spot on. I cannot stand seeing people blame managers now. Look how many fucking managers we’ve gone through!! The board/players are atrocious
@Lilywhite_Rose@Billie_T Genuine question: what do you expect?? It’s a temporary position only. I’m not saying I’m for Igor or against but seriously, what does this fanbase want?
I would rather hire a temp instead of rushing into a full time coach fast.
I just do not understand what everyone expects
@SebOnFootball The players have ZERO accountability (in all sports nowadays IMO), because its time and time again at Spurs the same revolving door of conversation about a manager.
I am not saying Frank is the guy by any means but this has to be looked at from a much larger picture
@SebOnFootball The last time it felt fun at Spurs was Pochettino era, but a much younger squad they had. Feels like when younger they all buy in regardless. Nowadays, the "higher profile" players always seem to not buy in when the going gets tough.
@HotspurEdition The last part of your tweet is spot on and what I have been screaming. BASIC things the players fail to do when under any pressure or adversity. A simple clearance, pass, cross. Don’t care if our coach is Klopp Pep doesn’t matter.
@JacoCats Exactly why when everyone is moaning about the coach (sometimes warranted I agree) but countless games the players do the basic things so badly. Simply clearing a ball, a simple cross, etc.

@Billie_T Odobert is getting confident; so great to see! I know this sounds extremely premature but a tiny tiny glimpse reminds me of Son when he first started
Just relentlessly going at his defenders
@xAlexTHFC What changes ? I just want to comment from a week ago all the Frank out absolute nonsense…just watch this game. The COUNTLESS simple crosses guys can’t play…simple touches (Johnson) going towards goal. A simple clearance (Sarr) panicking then Leads to the goal.
