@jaslovescats_ @skzview I haven't even seen SKZ or the company mention what happened to thousands of us at that show. I'm happy to see they acknowledged the DC situation on Bubble. I feel like ATL Stays got brushed aside entirely. I expected at least a statement from them. All we got was silence.

@jaslovescats_ @skzview Ticketmaster support said the event organizers are refusing refunds. Who that is exactly? Idk. They refused to respond to my further questions and request for escalation and just closed the ticket. The ATL venue Stays are being dismissed and ignored. It's really disrespectful.

@jaslovescats_ @skzview Good luck. At the Atlanta show I was there hours early in line very close to a gate and they opened the doors late then wouldn't let us in after that. I missed the first hour of the concert due to the venue and they are not allowing any refunds. At least SKZ acknowledged DC.

@jkstramp @Stray_Kids I was also outside and unable to get to my seat for a full hour into the concert even though we showed up hours before the concert and got in line close to the gate. It's interesting to me that @Stray_Kids have not even acknowledged the catastrophic failure from the venue.

They are telling me the event organizer rules will not allow a refund even though we were not able to get to our seats until an hour past the start time. We missed 6 songs and that's somehow acceptable? We were in line hours before the concert. This was not our fault.

@CBSKZ97 @Stray_Kids Try using MS Edge on a PC. I am in USA and kept getting that error on both laptop and mobile until I saw someone said it won't work in Safari or Chrome but will in Edge. I managed to get it that way.

@SunyStay325 @Stray_Kids I don't know if you figured it out yet but, try using Microsoft Edge on a PC. I couldn't get it to work on computer or mobile. I kept getting an error on the payment step until I read a comment that MS Edge would work where Chrome wouldn't and it did! I finally got it.

I discovered Stray Kids in February. Immediately overdosed on their music and then went to see them in concert in Atlanta in March twice. Those turned out to be the best concerts I've ever attended. It was all over for me from there.
