आदेश निरस्त करवाने के लिए रेलवे सचिव के यहां सिफा���िश लगा रहे हैं। निगम शिक्षा विभाग में तानाशाही करके ऑनलाइन ट्रांसफर प्रक्रिया में भ्रष्टाचार करने वाले उक्त अधिकारी को वापिस बुलाया जाए अन्यथा हम निगम शिक्षक रेलवे भवन के बाहर धरना प्रदर्शन करने को मजबूर होंगे @AshwiniVaishnaw

निगम में डेपुटेशन भेजे गए अधिकारी का कार्यकाल पूरा हो चुका है रेलवे उन्हें वापसी का पत्र भ���ज चुका है उसके बाद भी उक्त अधिकारी सिफारिश और धन बल के दम पर ये आदेश निरस्त करवाने में जुटा हुआ है DOPT के नए आदेशों के तहत रेलवे कार्यवाही करने की बजाय छूट दे रहा है। @AshwiniVaishnaw

An Unlucky Litigant. Dr Vikas Gupta was 42 yrs when he filed his case in DHC in 2001 challenging his non appointment in post of Asst Prof of Neuro Surgery in Central Govt Hospital. Case was transferred to CAT in 2015 but till date not decided. Today Bench is on leave. Again Date.

All special schools must be either converted into full fledged inclusive schools or closed down. Unfortunately, Govts themselves running special schools that goes against constitutional goal of inclusive education. Best interest of child principle breached.
