🚀 Founder of TheDeveloperBusinessSchool 👩‍ Frontend Developer 🙋‍♀️ Public Speaker and Teacher 🪄I teach you how to build apps with AI

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

I'm doing research about this: What is the biggest reason that developers don't make money with their own app? Lack of business & marketing skills? Not enough research of users' needs? Comment below what you think it is!

🌟 Day 2 at the #rethinkandgrowrich event w/ @PaulOMahony was a #GameChanger!
Today’s lesson? 💸 Money does grow on #trees (paper, after all 🌳), but it’s what you do with it that matters. Like @theRealKiyosaki teaches: focus on assets, not liabilities. 🚀

🌟Day 1 at the #rethinkandgrowrich event w/ @PaulOMahony was 🔥! I discovered I’m the "Expert" type of online entrepreneur—just like @elonmusk . 🚀Making money and traveling to #Maui 🌴 is a dream, but creating app businesses with devs? That’s the true #Ripple effect of impact!

Training an pre-trained AI-model is not for the faint-hearted, let alone if you're building an AI model from scratch👀✨I got even more respect for AI companies now!

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

@danielcranney Damn now I understood why we were a team

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

I feel learning new tech like AI integration is choosing Long term gains vs. Short term gains. It's gonna be hard at the beginning but oh boy are you gonna benefit from it 🔥🚀✨

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

I have so much respect for people that have like 100k followers on social media. Don't be fooled by how easy it looks for them, it's not! 🔥Keep going creators!

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

The best part about being a Technical Content Creator? 🤔😁 You can get paid while you learn new tech :) :) :) AND help a lot of people!

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

Training your own AI-model vs. using a pre-trained AI model finetuned with datasets? Let's find out in my next build 🔥🚀✨

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

@danielcranney YES! Especially if you make content out of it late! Super Secret Tip: let the AI you're asking for help on coding, also write a summary of what you've done that day! xD

[Jessy The @JYSThe]

@Chain_GPT OooOhh I love the designs so much! 😍💖Thank you @Chain_GPT for sending me all of this merchandise!

𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 (𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆!) 𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗺𝘆 𝟮𝟭-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗮𝗻 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿

𝙃𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙝𝙩𝙨 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨:
👉 Individual Calls: Productive conversations with my 🪲 What-The-Bug Mastermind students, Adolfo Iracheta, Marek Carter
👉 🎁 Surprise Guest: Jennifer Bognar, who presented an app idea offering 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿, 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗴𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗗𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝘀𝘆𝗻𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲.

👩‍🏫 In the group call, I first taught the students about my 𝗗.𝗘.𝗣.𝗟.𝗢.𝗬-𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱, which is my own framework 𝚝𝚘 𝚌𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚎 𝚊𝚗 𝚊𝚙𝚙 𝚏𝚛𝚘𝚖 𝚒𝚍𝚎𝚊 𝚝𝚘 𝚕𝚊𝚞𝚗𝚌𝚑𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚒𝚝.

🎓 𝗨𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: I know my teaching methods aren't conventional.
🚀 I invited a client to join our student group to guide them in:
👉 Listening to the client.
👉 Asking the right questions.
👉 Managing expectations.
👉 Navigating the development process with the client present.

It is because being here in 🌉 San Francisco, I've heard multiple times from
project managers, designers, and startup founders about:

❌ Developers not delivering features that the client envisioned
❌ Developers would just built asked features but not innovate
❌ Developers didn't ask enough questions to get the whole vision of the client
👉 😫 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙛𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙬𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙞𝙢𝙚, 𝙢𝙤𝙣𝙚𝙮, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙗𝙤𝙩𝙝 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨.

It is 💪 my mission to:
✅ Empower developers with strong sales and communication skills.
✅ Encourage a clear approach that manages client expectations effectively.
✅ Deliver results that exceed those expectations. 🚀

This is also the best way for developers to do what they like best
👉 𝗧𝗼 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻, 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲!

⌚My Apple Watch 𝗻𝗲𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗽𝗽 is progressing well. ⌚️
🎥 I recorded a 🎙️ podcast with Nazariy Dumanskyy and Rafeh Qazi and it’s going to be a must-listen! 🎧✨

🌅 San Francisco you inspire me so much! And even though I will not be here in summer, I know things are going to be awesome! 🔥🌟
