@northernassist dreadful service today and complete lack of communication between staff cottingham 14:36 to York changed its train unexpectedly at hull yet did not think to wait 60 second while we walked from platform 1 to 3 the hull station manager Mark was of absolutely no help

@northernassist It did leave on time this was the problem as it left us all stranded at hull when it was supposed to have waited for the Bridlington passengers going to York

@northernassist Hi there yes we were in formed on board there was a train change at hull and the hull to York service never waited 1 min for us to board on platform 3 and the station manager Mark explained he was far to busy to assist so basically wait for the next service to York
