@nextofficial 3 days after my order was due to arrive at store and no closer to knowing when it will arrive. One text on the day it was expected sent 30 mins after I could of picked it up telling me I will be texted when it arrives isn’t really good enough. Can I get an update?

@nextofficial 8 days late now except I was finally told yesterday it got lost in transit, re-ordered and guaranteed next day delivery due today, chased at 1pm, told definitely by 5pm and now being told next day delivery actually means tomorrow?! My patience is wearing thin.

@dpd_support @DPD_UK Delivery between 3:04 - 4:04 and nothing! Driver even showed a few streets away before driving elsewhere. Delivery system still showing for today, I was the next delivery for over an hour and half before that information disappeared after 8pm! Awful service!
