大家好，阿拉伯的兄弟姐妹们大家好，我很喜欢和充满抱负，热情和聪明人打交道。你选择了GCV就是不简单的人，你就是聪明人，是要干一番伟业的人。

首先，我们要认清自己的位置和自己的角色，我们是先锋，我们不是搞技术的，技术性的是由项目方团队在操刀，他们的是全球最顶尖的技术人员，他们搞技术我们能信都过，因为尼古拉斯博士用自己的事业和家庭为担保，背后更有斯坦福大学为背书，他们视名誉比自己的生命家产更为重要，声誉第一，所以，由这样的人才来操刀技术，我们可以放心，我们可以信得过，我们大可不必担心，我们根本不用去怀疑。这很重要，因为很多人在怀疑他们的技术不行，所以才会出现那么多的噪音和种种
的猜疑，以至令到自己不安，不乐，忧愁苦恼，心乱七八糟，加上外面的有心人推波助澜，放大恐惧，放大话题，加盐加醋，震荡幅度加大，让下车的人比比皆是，你会成为下一个震荡出去的人吗？你手上还有Pi吗？这就是很多人不相信项目方的技术所带来的灾难。你信不过项目方，你没有信根可言，并且你没有把尼古拉斯博士的经典的话放在骨子里。

尼古拉斯博士身为教授，科学家，区块链专家，Pi首席技术执行官，又怎么会轻言妄语？你又怎会宁愿相信他人的胡说八道而不相信尼古拉斯博士的真实肺腑之言和负责任的言语？如果你了解以上的6句话的含金量有多高，你就不会轻易的把Pi卖掉，或拱手让人，你也不会把当面的伟业推掉，你就不会把Pi的珍贵视如粪土，你就不会左右摇摆，信心动摇，最后出局。你只会把Pi牢牢的握在手上，最终完成伟业，不但成就了自己，也成就了家庭，民族，国家与整个世界的文明。

另外，有许多先锋热衷于技术，把自己的精力和时间都栽进去了，分析了头头是道，但是结果往往是被打脸的。我也试图多次探究项目方的技术，项目的代码，预测项目步骤，但都是意料之外。后来我想明白了，技术还是交回给项目方，我们要会用Pi的平台就可以了！我们先锋的角色务必要摆正过来，项目方负责技术，我们先锋要负责经济体，我们会要用，然后叫人家来用，然后叫商家来使用，后邀请厂商供应商加入，那才能形成一个经济体系，产生产业链。我们先锋的最主要的的任务就是打造Pi的价值！尼古拉斯博士已经说了明白直接不过了，“Pi的价值由先锋打造！”，Pi不是由项目方来打造，也不是由各国政府来打造。是我们先锋来打造！问问自己，这些年来我们做了什么？等待项目方出价？破解代码？还是沉淀在交易所里进进出出？这些都不是我们的正业，不是正思维，说明白一点就是我们先锋一路来都不務正业和荒废了正业。

我们要与项目方分头合作才能使Pi成功，我们是先锋，不想Pi成功吗？项目方管技术，我们就不要掺和进去了，我们要永远记住，技术由项目方来，我们要用项目方做出来的技术，使用它，测试它，让项目方找到漏洞，让项目方完善技术，这些都是项目方做不到的，Pi生态发展商也做不到的，这些必须由先锋我们来做，这样才对的，那才是正确的，那才能在正确的轨道上，才能到达目的地。就如项目方造出来超级跑车，总要车手来试车，哪里有噪音，哪里有不稳妥，哪里有问题，体验感如何？车手要反馈，项目方才可以改良来完善。而不是掉转过来，车手跑去研究造车技术，车手不是车手，造车的不在造车，再好的产品永远也出不来，上不了台面。如此说来，你应该清楚知道为什么项目方一直在延迟全面主网了吧。车手在做造车者的事，把自己的正业都丢了。

我们主办易货活动是很重要的，这样会产生经济体，新来的先锋可以体验到秒到账的Pi系统，这会对项目方的技术充满信心，对先锋提起信心，那么好的系统，我们要介绍给商家，分享给朋友，让他们也一起体验世界性革命的系统，增加Pi的曝光率，使用性，普遍性，让全世界的人都能看得见摸得到，而不是纸上谈兵，弄虚的，我们不弄假设性的，是在做真实的感受，真正的体验，而不是死盯交易所，死守代码，这些没有生产力的事情上，没有输入就没有输出，等是等不到结果的，代码也归咎只是代码。所以归根还是回到行动上，创造Pi的价值，创造Pi的价值要落实在经济体上，那才叫脚踏实地，正命，正努力，正思维，正当性，“Pi的价值由先锋打造”，我加上后半句话“Pi的技术由项目方打造”！大家明白了吗？大家能明白先锋的位置和使命了吗？

我们GCV团队自2022年来就一直在打造Pi的价值，这是正当性的，完全符合Pi的愿景与白皮书的描述。Pi是货币，新型的世界流通货币，超越一切国家民族。所以将来Pi才能让世界上一切人使用，那么才需要来自一切不同的国家，民族来打造，因为以后世界上任何人都需要用得上。所以，我们要团结一致，一同打造，忘记背景，放下差异，搁置阴谋算计，共同完成伟业。

OPENING SPEECH OF DR. ZAVIER FOKOU Chief Ambassador of the GCV Movement for Africa

Madam Founder President of the GCV Movement,

Madam Global Executive Director of the GCV Movement,

Mr Global GCV Vice Chair,

Madam Executive Director GCV Africa

My dear Chief Ambassadors of the sub-regions,

My dear National Ambassadors,

It is with a heart both humble and resolute that I speak before you for the first time in my capacity as Chief Ambassador of the GCV Movement for Africa. Humble, because I know that every title carries a responsibility that one never bears alone. Resolute, because I also know that time waits no longer. Africa, our Afrance, has waited long enough.

I have not come here to impress you with learned words or empty promises. I come to speak to you as one speaks to brothers and sisters in combat, to beings of flesh and fire who, like me, understood before many others that Pi Network is not a simple application, not a pastime, not a lottery. Pi Network is a promise of freedom, and GCV is its cornerstone.

Before going further, allow me to invite you to a brief inner pause. Ask yourselves this question, sincerely:

"Since I have been in this movement, have I truly worked to my full measure? Or have I sometimes relied on others, on the Core Team, on technology, on luck?"

I do not ask you this question to overwhelm you. I ask it because a great leader never mistreats his troops, but neither does he flatter them. He looks them in the eyes, he reminds them of their greatness, and he asks them what they are still waiting for to rise.

You are the senior leaders of our movement in Africa. And a senior leader does not merely transmit instructions. He inspires, he trains, he corrects with love, he goes into the field where leaders and pioneers doubt, where merchants hesitate, where ignorance still wreaks havoc.

Allow me to tell you, in a loud and intelligible voice, that our mission for this year is clear, and our roadmap is also very precise.

Let us look together at our three pillars. They are not pious wishes. They are our backbone.

First: activate the Pi currency through GCV commerce.

This means that you and I will identify, train, and support merchants not tomorrow, not next week, but now. Every small shop that accepts Pi is a victory. Every citizen who can exchange their trust for a real good is a silent revolution.

Second: massively teach the works of Madame Doris Yin.

I say this with absolute conviction: without education, we are nothing. The Mainnet will not open through a magic button. It will open because millions of pioneers will have understood, thanks to you, that Pi is not to be sold it is to be used. You will therefore become teachers. Not lecturing moralists, mind you, but enlightening guides. The white paper, the pioneer handbook, the teachings of our Founder all of this must become the daily breath of your communities.

Third: rigorously submit monthly reports.

I do not want inflated reports meant to look pretty. I want sincere reports that show where we have advanced and where we have stumbled. Transparency must be our strength, and regularity, our discipline. If we hide our weaknesses, we will never heal them.

Furthermore, we must understand that teamwork is not an option for us it is our only way forward.

I say this without detour: none of us will succeed alone. Neither I with my titles, nor you with your responsibilities. We need collective intelligence. We need each person to give their best, but also to reach out to the one who struggles.

True team spirit is not a poster hung on a wall. It is a phone call made to a colleague going through a dark patch. It is a training session organized between neighboring countries. It is a message of encouragement sent to pioneers who have lost faith.

I count on you, yes. But even more, I count on the bond you will weave among yourselves. Because when a team truly stands together, it becomes an army that nothing can stop.

Finally, I will tell you: let us never forget for whom we work.

We do not work for ourselves. We do not work for a title. We work for millions of anonymous pioneers who rise every day, click a button with hope, and sometimes wonder if any of this will ever make sense. These men and women — your neighbors, your parents, your fellow citizens — are waiting for us to show them the way.

The education you will offer them, the confidence you will instill in them, the commerce you will build with them — this is our true legacy. Not numbers, not prices, but transformed lives. This is exactly whom we work for.

A final word, in truth.

I have never claimed to be a perfect leader. I learn, and I sometimes fumble. But one thing is certain: I will spare neither my time, nor my energy, nor my heart. I will be by your side, not above you. I will support you when you stumble. I will congratulate you when you succeed. And I will hold you accountable, yes — but always with respect, because that is how free men and women are built.

Before us stands a giant waiting to be awakened: Africa. She has everything to succeed. She has audacity, youth, and a thirst for something better. It is up to us, together, to give her the tools.

May this first meeting be the first beat of a heart that will never stop. May our Mainnet open in a few months — not by miracle, but as the result of our work.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for having answered the call. Thank you in advance for everything you have already accomplished, and above all, for everything you will accomplish.

Together, let us build so solidly that one day our children will ask us, "How did you do it?" And we will answer: "We loved each other enough to never give up."
