Yesterday, I lost my Mother. More accurately, @iflymia lost her. FYI @AmericanAir. Travel for and with an 86 year-old can be challenging. We arrived in MIA after a week in Curaçao.

Please consider updating your training to include the fact that families need to be kept together. A person’s intellectual and emotional status may not be visually apparent. Causing them avoidable anguish is cruel.
