@RonJeffries@RealGtb@TotherAlistair@KentBeck@WardCunningham In 2001, there was no business. So, for free, I traveled the world teaching Scrum classes (better than the first at ObjectMentor). I found people along the way that I mentored and then let them use my training material to teach for themselves. Spotty quality, but great for spread
@TotherAlistair About Jeff being a fighter pilot during Vietnam. I’m still trying to nail down which service he was in then, as well as what service academy he graduated from.
@TotherAlistair XP, RAD, Scrum and other lightweight processes were active during the 1990. Scrum didn’t get worked on by Jeff, me and others until then, also. This was the input to Snowbird. Alistair still needs to get credit for the first Agile Alliance conference, which launched everything.
@RonJeffries @TristanLombard2 @lisacrispin Louis DeJoy did this to Philadelphia, the liberal heart of Pennsylvania. He is having similar elsewhere. I guess we have to go the polls, if we can find a polling place, and maybe get Covid-19
@RonJeffries @TristanLombard2 @lisacrispin Ron ... from today’s Boston Globe. Louis DeJoy, a Republican megadonor, became postmaster general in May. Overtime was eliminated, prompting backups. Seven mail-sorting machines were removed, further delays/ Now post offices are being told to open later and close during lunch.
@TotherAlistair And I miss you. I don’t think many people kmow that you got the Agile Alliance started with that first, collaborative conference in SLC
@TotherAlistair Agile, XP, Scrum, and many lightweight processes/frameworks led to Snowbird and Agile Manifesto. Jeff did not invent Scrum in in the 1980’s. He co-developed it with me and oothers throughoout the 1990’s.
