Our company sells disease prevention services. However, from a marketing standpoint, prevention is challenging to sell, while a cure is easy to sell. Why?
Stress isn't necessarily about the volume of work or its difficulty but rather about unresolved tasks or issues that linger in the background. When you procrastinate or avoid something that requires attention, it can create a mental burden that grows over time, leading to stress.
Addressing those issues head-on, even if they are challenging, can reduce stress because you're actively working towards a resolution instead of letting the problem fester.
