@chandrarsrikant A major part of the issue is BillDesk’s non-responsive support. Since their client is Google and not developers, there is zero incentive for customer satisfaction or timely resolution.
OPEN DEMAND TO @Google@googleplaydev & @BillDesk: NO RESPONSIBILITY = NO COMMISSION
When a payment fails, @Google and @GoogleIndia collect their commission cut but completely wash their hands of customer support, deflecting all blame to @BillDesk.
Users are left with debited accounts, missing credits, and endless automated replies.
Our principle is simple: Just like "No taxation without representation," NO RESPONSIBILITY = NO COMMISSION. You cannot charge platform fees while outsourcing 100% of the accountability.
OUR DEMANDS:
1. Google In The Loop: Google must be directly looped into every single support query and ticket raised with BillDesk.
2. Time-Bound Resolution: Enforceable, strict SLAs for issue resolution and refunds. No indefinite waiting.
3. Remove Commission: If Google refuses to take active responsibility for failed gateway transactions, remove the commission fee entirely.
Individual complaints get ignored. We are organizing a coordinated campaign to take this issue to regulatory bodies and consumer forums.

@billdesk@googleplaydev It has been two days and I still haven't received an update. If I don't receive the required support immediately, I will escalate this publicly by reaching out to tech creators and relevant politicians.

@adamr_1776@CoderUday If students live on campus, faculty usually do too. Most residential colleges provide on-campus housing—they just pay standard rent and maintenance, so it's not totally free.
