Z Nowym Rokiem zmienia się moja rola w @SlaskWroclawPl
Po bardzo intensywnym okresie pracy przy I zespole wracam bliżej boiska i codziennej pracy treningowej.
To dobry moment, by doświadczenie zdobyte w analizie i pracy sztabowej wykorzystać we wspieraniu rozwoju ambitnej grupy zawodników II drużyny.
🆕 𝐑𝐄𝐙𝐄𝐑𝐖𝐘. Zmiany w sztabie szkoleniowym drugiego zespołu WKS-u 🔁
Do sztabu rezerw Śląska dołącza trener Krystian Rubajczyk, ostatnio pracujący z drużyną Ante Simundzy 🇮🇹 Jednocześnie do I zespołu przechodzi trener Dawid Gomola 🤝

From the pitch to the analysis room – transforming theory into applied coaching practice.
I recently had the opportunity to co-host a special in-person workshop for participants of the Polish FA’s Tactical Analyst Coaching Course.
Over the course of two intense days, the coaches took part in a combination of theory, methodology, and live observation – all culminating in a tactical workshop during the high-stakes Silesian derby: Śląsk Wrocław vs Zagłębie Lubin, played in front of nearly 30,000 fans.
As part of the program, I delivered two key sessions:
🔹 How to structure and manage a club’s Analysis Department as a tool for coaching support
🔹 Individual player analysis in a live match review format
We also had the pleasure of hosting excellent guest speakers who added massive value to the experience:
🧠 Mariusz Pawelec – shared his approach to set-piece analysis and training methodology
📈 Luka Pintarič – presented how tactical analysis is integrated into the first team environment at Śląsk Wrocław
The overall goal? To demonstrate that match analysis is not a side activity – it’s a core decision-making tool when structured properly and integrated methodically.
Huge thanks to all participants for their energy, questions, and openness. You’re helping shape the future of modern football coaching in Poland.

Sometimes, the most valuable part of your week isn’t the match—it’s a spontaneous 1-on-1 exchange with someone who sees the game differently.
Last week, I had the pleasure to connect with Prashant Tiwari from FC Twente/Heracles Academie. We discussed workflows, tagging strategies, player feedback, and how each of us translates data into actionable insights for coaches.
Thanks for the great talk, Prashant—it’s always inspiring to meet professionals who not only analyze the game but reflect on how we teach and share the process.
These moments remind me:
- We grow faster when we open up about how we work.
- I’m always curious about different approaches and feedback—so if you’ve seen my work, don’t hesitate to share your thoughts.
This profession moves forward not just through software or data—but through connection and conversation.
The field is a classroom. But sometimes, the screen becomes the chalkboard!
On April 5th, we hosted the latest edition of our LIVE Match Analysis Workshop – a dynamic, real-time tactical training experience built around the Ekstraklasa fixture: Śląsk Wrocław vs Motor Lublin.
25 coaches from 4 continents joined us online to simulate the true pressure of match-day decision-making.
Working in dedicated Zoom breakout rooms, participants followed a structured tactical workflow:
✔️ Tactical scenario briefing
✔️ Pre-match insights by Luka Pintarič – our First Team Analyst (huge thanks for your expert input!)
✔️ 5 real-time tasks aligned with live match phases
✔️ Preparation of video clips from the private tactical stream
✔️ Tactical press-conference briefing at full-time
✔️ Final group debrief and expert discussion
Each team worked collaboratively in analysis roles (DEF, OFF, TRANSITION, SET PIECES) and submitted findings using professional reporting templates. The goal was to replicate a real elite environment — and based on the discussion that followed, we achieved it.
Special thanks to @piotr_sadowski i Mateusz Zawadzki for their outstanding support in coordinating the team breakout sessions. Your leadership made this flow seamless.
This was not just a session — it was a lab of learning, communication, and tactical refinement. We’re committed to building a global learning culture around football analysis.
If you’re interested in hosting a similar experience with us — get in touch.
Let’s bridge the gap between match analysis theory and the speed of real-time decisions. Tactical minds grow in the heat of the game.

Lately, I’ve been using LIVE POST-MATCH REVIEW in my work—analyzing full matches from raw tactical camera footage instead of just highlight clips.
It’s a deep dive into decision-making, communication, and game flow, helping players understand not just what happened, but why. No shortcuts, no pre-cut clips—just real football, broken down in real-time.
Tough? Absolutely. But the long-term impact on player development is huge.
Ever tried this approach? Let’s talk. 👇
