5000 new MBBS seats makes no sense when:

• You can’t provide employment to the already existing doctors where for 1 post almost 1000 doctors are in queue .

• Majority of the existing colleges lack appropriate teaching faculties , Broken college buildings and unhygienic living conditions with fake registered doctors for fake NMC inspections .

• When you are made to Work for 24- 36 hours duty shifts literally destroying your Testosterone levels and estrogen levels with telomere shortening leading to early aging .

• Even if you clear NEET PG , Wait for months to start counselling and then work under bonded slavery in majority states allowing the toxic dept to harass you because NMC grievance portal is poorer than 1920s post card service .

It has already been more than a month of NEET PG results announcement but the counselling process hasn’t started yet

Forget about NEET PG , even NEET SS doctors are struggling for proper examination and the case has even reached court .

No matter who is the new NMC chairman , or whether you rename MCI as NMC
The corruption in the form of cancer is so deep rooted inside it you need chemotherapy and surgical resection to manage it .

The current cases that are listed in the court are :

•Working hours regulation case
• MSC replacing MD MS doctors case
• Answer key NEET PG

Hundreds of students are facing a huge gap between expected marks and actual results.
They are not asking for favors. They demand basic transparency:
Release the official answer key
Share student response sheets if possible
Every major exam follows this practice. Students have the right to know what they got right and where they went wrong.
Without it, they are left confused, disheartened, and devastated, despite years of hard work for this one exam.

• A Female Doctor gets strangulated by her own stethoscope in Dr BSA medical college Delhi

• A Female Medical student gets physically harassed by an intruder on knife point inside her own hostel in amaltas medical college , Madhya Pradesh

• A Radiology resident PG did suicide due to toxic departmental pressure in Pune

• A Resident doctor did suicide due to toxicity of his HOD in SPMC Jodhpur

• Punjab , UP , Telangana and intern doctors across nation are on roads requesting for basic pay

A Nation where the Doctors are forced to shift abroad for their Life safety

A Nation where the govt fails to even provide security during duty and yet fails to pay humanly making them work like bonded slaves
A Nation where the Media houses are sold and hide such cases

In Such a Great Nation Despite all these incidents we are told to be proud to become “4th Largest Economy” !

The incident happened at 17 june night inside the hostel of Amaltas Institute of Medical College, Dewas. A person tried to rape a girl student at knife point.

So many messages of Suicides , harassment in toxic departments and other systemic issues making Doctors suffer that i am receiving is just too much to handle to even read about them forget about raising them at individual levels .

I urge all the active accounts with strong followers count , contacts and sources in their states to raise their issue and i also urge all the medical students , doctors to share and tag authorities whenever you see any such post which requires support and not ignore it because tomorrow you can be a victim too as time spares no one !

Remember This is not just an external fight but “A fight within the medical fraternity against the termites sitting inside and destroying it making the vicious toxic cycle follow” .
