11th day and @UBAGroup is yet 2 do anything.
I have even visited their 2 d/f branches yet they couldn't explain. Someone in the bank used POS to withdraw the said amount from my account finally.
I don't have a mouth to talk again, but whosoever that is tampering with the account of @UBAGroup customers and they are keeping mute about it..!

They asked me to download my statement of account and send over failed transactions, which I obliged to, only for them to debit the amount from my bank through POS. New ATM card I just collected intact.
