@AmericanAir We have flown international twice since Sept, 2026 and this is the second horrible experience we have had with cancelled flights and baggage handling. Weβve spent a lot on your service w/o much in return except for chaos and inconvenience.
Just keep getting worse on @AmericanAir. 5 departure delays and a cancelled flight out of OβHare last night and now our re-book has been delayed twice already today. We were incorrectly told twice by American representatives that our bags were on our new flight. They werenβt.
@AmericanAir stuck in Chicago, no flight, no hotels, no rental cars and the best you could do is rebook me another flight tomorrow at 11:00pmβ¦. 23 hours stuck!?! No customer service operators available. Unreal
@AmericanAir My flight 1415 from Vancouver to Dallas on Aug 30 was cancelled. Twice your customer service told me there were no other flights out. That was false!!Received only generic apology - no accountability.
