(2/3) We had to wait 56 whole years for another Sectional title on the track, when Kadon Harris won the 400 Intermediate Hurdles at last year’s Group 2 South meet.

(3/3) Kadon currently competes at Muhlenberg, where he’s having tremendous success on the track. Last week, he won the Centennial Conference Championship in the 400 Hurdles and High Jump, becoming the first Mules freshman to double in school history.

Today, we focus on the most decorated athlete in GHS Sectionals history, Ryan James. Between 2022 and 2025, Ryan James scored 62 points himself at Sectionals.

Great weekend this week at conference winning high jump again like indoor with a jump of 6’3 and finally PR on the 400 hurdles not to mention broke my school record of that event. also got second in the 4x400. GOOO MULES!!!!!!
