White students can benefit from implementing CRT in lesson plans because they will learn more cultural & historical comprehensive curriculum. While Students of Color can be empowered, which could relieve self hatred and feelings of alienation. #FSUSC#SCCHAT
It’s important to become an antiracist school counselor. In the future I plan on implementing Critical Race Theory (CRT) in lesson plans since it benefits all students comprehensively.
